I love movement but I enjoy stillness just as much. I love teaching yet I am equally excited to learn. Experienced yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching in downtown Toronto studios. Constantly stretching myself and growing my knowledge, I am excited to be able to share what I love about yoga and ayurveda and how it can transform oneself from the inside out.
Previously, I have taught yoga classes for Lululemon and Nike (yoga for runners) as well as assisted in the Lolë White Tours.
I am a 500 hr certified yoga instructor and ayurvedic health counselor interested in inspiring people to improve one’s health and to deepen one’s connection with the self.
